How do I earn commissions?
Once accepted as a Brand Ambassador, we will provide you with a unique code. Every time someone uses your unique code to purchase our products, you receive a commission.
When can I expect to receive my commissions?
Commission payments are processed on the 15th of each month.
Do I need to file taxes for income earned through the program?
Yes, you are responsible for filing a 1099 tax form for any commissions earned from our program.
What should I do if a customer needs support?
No worries! If a customer reaches out for assistance, simply direct them to kindnesswarrior1@gmail.com. We’ll handle everything from there.
How will my customers receive their products?
You can relax! Once a customer places an order, we’ll manage the processing and delivery without any effort on your part.
When will I receive my Kindness Warrior Badge?
Once accepted as a Brand Ambassador, your personalized badge will be on its way! It will feature your name and the year you became an ambassador, giving you a unique way to showcase your commitment to kindness.
What type of merch will I receive as a Brand Ambassador?
As a Kindness Warrior, you’ll receive a complete welcome and promotion package, including a custom T-shirt, trucker cap, tote bag, and a copy of our inspirational book.
What is your refund philosophy?
If you receive a damaged item, we’ll happily replace it. To help us maximize our annual donations, we kindly request that you opt for replacements rather than refunds whenever possible. For sizing, we recommend choosing the next size up if you’re unsure, to ensure the best fit.
